【Abstract】 In the paper,the Winding-Number algorithm in topology and data documentation required procedures are describes in detail.The geographical names of the China earthquakes are determined by the Winding-Number algorithm.They are determined to the level county and town.Query process is accurate,efficient and small error.According to the practical requirements of query procedure will be applied to the Flinn-Engdahl(F-E)regionalization scheme,the earthquakes occurred in china have been detailed geographical names,and better complied with the publication requirements of seismic observation report,with ease for the foundation research of seismology.更多还原
