【Abstract】 The author studied the background value of Hg in hot water through irregularly gathering and anlyzing water samples from hot springs which natively distributed along active faults in northwestern Yunnan Province.The results mainly included the mean and the variance of observing data as well as the relationship between spatial distribution of Hg and characteristics of active faults.This research would be an useful background knowledge to judge the observing data are normal or anomalous during dense precursory monitoring for short-term and imminent earthquake prediction in this area in future.更多还原
