【Abstract】 The software for earthquake information issuance on mobile telephone short message was developed. It is achieved that the mobile telephone short message about earthquake information is auto-issued when the earthquake quick report is processing through network. In this paper, the implementation method using software and hardware to achieve mobile telephone short message issuance was introduced, meanwhile the specific format for PDU string and the encoding method were detailed introduced with examples.更多还原
