昆明区域数字遥测台网技术系统的改进及完善

【摘要】 昆明区域数字遥测台网从开始建设至今,一系列台网软件的相继研制并完善,特别是解决了数字地震仪系统传递函数的计算、定位精度、地震震级、大地震信息发布等相关的一系列技术难题,通过对技术系统的改进和完善,地震监测和大震速报相对于以往的模拟台网取得了长足的进步。从1999年11月25日的澄江5.2级地震,到2003年11月15日的鲁甸5.1级地震共18次5级以上地震,昆明台网都以快速准确的地震参数向中国地震局和云南省地震局速报,为抗震救灾争取了宝贵的时间,得到了云南省和云南省地震局的一致好评,在云南的防震减灾事业中做出了相应的贡献。

【Abstract】 Since the construction of Kunming Digital Telemetry Seismic Network, many technical problems have been continually solved, a series of corresponding software have been performed, for example, the calculation of Digital Seismograph System′s thansfer function, the precise location of epicenter, the automatic determination of seismic magnitude, the fast publishing earthquake′s information and so on. Through the improvement and perfection of the technological system, a great progress has been made for the earthquake monitor and quick report of great earthquakes comparative to the original analog seismograph system. From November 25, 1999 (Chengjiang earthquake with M = 5.2 ) to November 15, 2003 (Ludian earthquake with M = 5.1 ), 18 earthquakes with M ≥ 5.0 occurred in Yunnan province, for all the events Kunming Network reported the accurate earthquake parameters to China Earthquake Administration and Earthquake Administration of Yunnan province quickly, it has won valuable time for reducing earthquake disasters.
