位移换能型加速度计中电子力与机械力的比例设计
The design of the mechanical-to-electrical force ratio of a force-balanced accelerator
【摘要】 分析了力平衡式加速度计中机械平衡力与电子反馈力之间的比例关系;阐明了加速度计系统参数的设计方法。
【Abstract】 The mechanical balance force to electrical feedback force ratio in a force-balanced accelerator is give. The way to design the mechanical parameters of the accelerator is presented also.
