【Abstract】 In this paper,we give an account of the solution of Y2K problem at China Digital Seismograph Network(CDSN)Data Management Center(DMC)and a detailed introduction on the functions,features,structure and working principles of getdatanew,the software we programmed in C language to solve the Y2K problem.Its usage and application are also illustrated with a few typical examples.Apart from this,we introduce several programs from ASL called by getdatanew.更多还原
