【Abstract】 The multi-energy(oil, gas, and uranium) collaborative exploration basin analysis is to investigate the intrinsic relationship between the ore-bearing geological conditions and various energy minerals by studying the geological factors, time-space distribution and control factors of the basin. Oil and gas reservoirs and sandstone-type uranium deposits are related in terms of spatial distribution, metallogenic age, geochemical characteristics, and mineralization. The symbiosis/association of oil and gas and sandstone-type uranium deposits is based on the interrelationship between the reservoirs, fluids and organic matter in the basin. The accumulation and migration of mineral resources, the formation of oil and gas water reduction barriers and the precipitation of uranium in oil and gas reduction barriers are the role of oil and gas in uranium mineralization. Large-scale oil and gas dissipation is the main reason for the extraordinary enrichment of uranium deposits. The diagenesis and oil and gas emplacement have a binding effect on sandstone uranium mineralization. From the close relationship between the two in the sedimentary basin, the geological data of oil and gas exploration and uranium exploration can be better utilized to guide exploration and prospecting. The next step should be to improve the mineralization mechanism of "coexistence with the same basin" with more research methods.
