【Abstract】 By analyzing China Mobile’s integrated service access area construction planning and full service access requirements, a GIS-based integrated service access area planning and management function was studied. It was associated with service access nodes, fiber distribution points, fiber optic cable resource management, and intelligent terminal App tool software to guide the design and construction of full service access plans. This function was based on the informationization, standardization and intelligent advantages of the GIS system platform, which could improve the planning and management capabilities of the integrated service access area and guide the full service access of users.更多还原
