充气保温果蔬冷库热环境特性研究

【摘要】 为果蔬产地开发一种新型便携式、可拆卸充气保温冷库,收获季节可在采集现场对果蔬进行低温保鲜(温度≤10℃)。库体采用高压气柱作为冷库支撑骨架结构,以海绵做主要保温材料,以聚苯乙烯泡沫为冷库地板。对搭建好的充气保温果蔬冷库进行热环境实验研究,结果表明,冷库墙体的保温性能较好,满足室内贮存果蔬的温度要求。通过数值模拟和实验验证相结合,经对比,模拟值与实验值≤1.5℃,实验结果与模拟结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 A new type of portable cold storage that could achieve disassembly and insulation performance was designed for fruits and vegetables. It could keep a low temperature to maintain the fruits and vegetables fresh at the picking sites during the harvest season when the indoor temperature was no higher than 10 ℃. The high pressure gas column was used as support skeleton structure, the sponge was used as the main insulation materials and the polystyrene foam was used as the floor for cold storage. An experimental study on the thermal environment was carried out. Results show that the insulation performance of cold storage is good to meet the temperature requirements for the storage of fruits and vegetables. Besides, the comparisons between numerical simulation and experimental results show that the temperature difference of simulation and experiment values is no more than 1.5 ℃, which demonstrates that the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation.
