鳜回交子代早期形态、生长与摄食特征

【摘要】 为了解回交对鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)后代表型和生长性状的影响,采用斑鳜♀×杂交鳜(斑鳜♀×鳜♂)♂方式获得回交子代,比较其与斑鳜、杂交鳜在早期阶段(出膜至45日龄)形态(体斑和体型)、生长与摄食特征。结果显示:45日龄,回交子代体侧斑纹呈规则分布,线状排列,与斑鳜相似,而杂交鳜斑纹稀疏,杂乱排列。回交子代、斑鳜和杂交鳜头部隆角分别为25.48°±0.85°、24.52°±0.65°、29.44°±1.34°,体高/体长值分别为0.26±0.03、0.25±0.09、0.32±0.05,回交子代体型偏向斑鳜。出膜后45日龄,回交子代、斑鳜和杂交鳜平均全长分别为(78.52±1.55)、(55.51±0.71)、(83.81±1.22)mm;日均摄食量分别为(0.217±0.02)、(0.153±0.01)、(0.220±0.04)g,饵料系数分别为2.99±0.16、4.40±0.22、2.76±0.13,回交子代与杂交鳜饵料系数显著低于斑鳜。结果表明,该回交子代形态上偏向斑鳜,生长、日均摄食量和饵料系数偏杂交鳜,可为鳜杂交育种研究提供资料。

【Abstract】 Backcrossing is an effective way to improve traits and genetic composition of the recurrent parent in the progeny.The morphology(body spots and body shape),growth and feeding of the backcrossing progeny,obtained by Siniperca scherzeri ♀ ×(S.scherzeri ♀ × S.chuatsi ♂)♂were compared with their parent stocks of S.scherzeri and the hybrid(S.scherzeri ♀×S.chuatsi ♂)at the early stage(from hatching to 45 days age)to understand the effect of backcrossing on the phenotype and growth trait of progeny in mandarin fish,.The results showed that the backcrossing progeny was similar to S.scherzeri with linear and regularly spot at 45 days age,while they were sparse and disorderly arranged in the hybrid.The head angle of the backcrossing progeny,S.scherzeri and the hybrid was 25.48°±0.85°,24.52°±0.65°,29.44°±1.34°,respectively.The body height/body length was 0.26±0.03,0.25±0.09,0.32±0.05,respectively.Body shape of the backcrossing progeny resembled to S.scherzeri.On the 45 days age,the average total length was(78.52±1.55)mm,(55.51±0.71)mm,(83.81±1.22)mm,average daily intake was(0.217±0.02)g,(0.153±0.01)g,(0.220±0.04)d,the feed coefficient was 2.99±0.16,4.40±0.22,and 2.76±0.13,respectively.The feed coefficient of the backcrossing progeny and the hybrid was significantly lower than that of S.scherzeri.All in all,it showed that the backcrossing progeny was similar to S.scherzeri in body spots and body shape,while the growth,average daily intake and feed coefficient were similar to the hybrid,which provided information for interspecific crossbreeding of mandarin fish.
