嘉陵江合川段秋季微生物多样性研究

【摘要】 为了解嘉陵江合川段秋季微生物多样性,通过16S rRNA基因扩增和测序分析了2017年9月嘉陵江合川段利泽、渠江口、涪江口、草街4个监测点水样和底泥微生物的多样性和种类结构。结果显示:河流上下游水体中微生物物种组成相似、有延续性,利泽和涪江口,渠江口和草街水体中微生物组成均呈现相似;底泥中微生物组成与小区域水文环境相关,涪江口和渠江口水文环境相似,底泥中微生物群落结构也呈现相似;缓流环境更适应微生物生存繁殖,处于监测尾端的草街水体和底泥中微生物数量最多;环境影响因子中总磷、总氮和pH对水体中微生物群落结构组成表现出较大影响;水体中变形菌门、放线菌门、拟杆菌门和蓝细菌门较为丰富,显示该水域有富营养化的趋势。

【Abstract】 Water sample,sediment microbial diversity and species structure from four monitoring points of Lize,Qujiangkou,Fujiangkou,Caojie in Hechuan reach of Jialing River were analyzed by 16 S rRNA gene amplification and sequencing in September 2017 to study the microbial diversity in autumn of these regions.The results showed that the composition of microbial species in water from upstream to downstream were similar and constant,The microbial compositions of water in Lize and Fuljiangkou were similar with that in Qujiangkou and CaojieThe microbial compositions in sediment were related to the hydrological environment in small areas.The hydrological environment of Fujiangkou was similar with that of Qujiangkou.Meanwhile,the microbial compositions in sediment were similar from these two monitoring points,either.The number of microbes was the highest in the water and sediment of Caojie because the slow-flow environment was more suitable for living and breeding of microorganisms.The microbial community structure in water was influenced greatly by TP,TN and pH.In addition,Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes and Cyanobacteria were abundant in water,which indicated the trend of eutrophication.
