MR阻尼器性能试验及对拉索风振控制
RESEARCH ON PERFORMANCE TESTING OF MR DAMPER AND WIND-INDUCED VIBRATION CONTROL OF STAYED CABLE
【摘要】 对磁流变阻尼器进行试验研究,考查了其常规性能与疲劳性能,得到了阻尼力与电流、速度的关系曲线,给出了阻尼力随电流、速度变化的计算公式。以某斜拉桥拉索的减振控制为背景,模拟了脉动风荷载作用下拉索的动力响应,并对安装磁流变阻尼器后的减振效果进行分析。结果表明:磁流变阻尼器性能稳定,疲劳次数能达到百万次以上;采用磁流变阻尼器能明显减小拉索的振动,提高拉索的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 Through some testing and research of the MR damper,we study the general performance and fatigue performance,and obtain the curve between the damping force and the current,the speed,and build a formula of damping force when the current and speed are changed.Taking a stay cable damping control as the background to simulate the dynamic response of cables under fluctuating wind loads,and analysis the effect of cable vibration control with the MR dampers.The results show that the MR damper has a stable performance,and the fatigue life can reach more than a million times,furthermore,MR damper can significantly reduce the vibration of the cables and improve cable’s life.
