损伤和残余应力对钢构件性能的影响
THE EFFECT OF THE DAMAGE MODEL AND RESIDUAL STRESS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE STEEL COMPONENTS
【摘要】 研究累积损伤、厚度方向和纵向残余应力对焊接组合厚板钢构件承载力和刚度的影响,对不同尺寸参数的构件的滞回性能进行了分析比较。结果表明,在静力作用下,累积损伤模型和残余应力对极限承载力的影响微小,对于刚度的影响较大,在低周往复荷载作用下,累积损伤模型和残余应力会使厚度偏大的构件滞回性能减退更加明显。所以采用合理的损伤模型和残余应力有利于正确分析焊接组合厚板钢构件的力学性能,从而增加整体结构的可靠度。
【Abstract】 The nonlinear finite element analysis has been undergone on the combined welded heavy steel plates,through which the effect of the accumulative damage model,residual stress and the parameter of the components’ sizes on the load-carrying capacity and the rigidity is found.Compared with the hysteresis of components of different sizes,the conclusion shows that the accumulative damage model and residual stress have little effect on load-carrying capacity but much on the rigidity in the static condition.and it can cause the decline of the hysteresis.Therefore,the adoption of the right accumulative damage model and residual stress can help make the right analysis of the mechanic capacity and the hysteresis of steel component,which increase the safety of the whole structure.
