一种用于MEMS数字检波器的SINC抽取滤波器优化设计与FPGA高效实现

【摘要】 MEMS数字检波器是全数字地震数据采集系统的核心组成之一,其优异的微弱信号检测能力是高品质地震数据采集的基础.本文针对我国自主研发MEMS数字检波器,给出了一种用于数字信号处理的高精度抽取滤波器设计与FPGA器件高效实现结构.抽取滤波器主要由高效抗混叠SINC滤波器、补偿衰减并进一步抽取的补偿滤波器和完成系统精细滤波的等波纹FIR滤波器三部分组成.文章根据MEMS检波器的要求,主要对SINC抽取滤波器进行了仿真设计,并优化设计了其硬件电路,最后对其进行了高效的FPGA实现.结果表明该设计方案不但能够满足MEMS数字检波器对滤波器提出的各项性能指标,并且降低了系统功耗,为未来的多通道、大阵列地震勘探系统打下基础.

【Abstract】 MEMS acceleration sensor is one of the essential parts of the seismic exploration equipment,which is the basis of high-quality seismic data acquisition for its excellent performance on detecting weak signals.The purpose of this paper is to study the decimation filtering section of the MEMS acceleration sensor and design an efficient decimation filter with high precision.The filter system consists of front-end antialiasing SINC filters,a compensation filter and an equal-ripple FIR filter.The coefficients of the SINC filter are analyzed and its hardware structure is optimized for FPGA in this paper.The proposed design is simulated on MATLAB and implemented on FPGA.The results show that the design can meet the requirements of the seismic exploration equipment with less power consumption,which is of great significance for the future seismic exploration system with multi-channel and large arrays.
