2012年新疆新源M_s6.6级地震震源参数精确确定
Source parameter determination of 2012 Xinyuan M_s 6.6 earthquake
【摘要】 基于新疆地震台网的宽频带近震数据和GSN台网的宽频带远震波形数据,对2012年6月30日新疆新源MS6.6级地震,利用CAP方法分别进行近震、远震单独反演以及联合反演,得出此次地震的矩震级为6.3,震源深度为19km,震源断层面解为:节面I:293°/62°/152°,节面II:37°/66°/30°.为确定发震断层面,使用了hypoDD方法对MS≥2的余震序列进行重新定位,得到了余震序列空间分布,发现余震序列呈现出北西西走向,从而推断节面I可能为此次地震的物理破裂面.此次地震可能是天山地区南北向的挤压导致北西西向右旋逆冲走滑的喀什河断裂发生错动而引起的.
【Abstract】 With broadband localseismic data from Xinjiang seismologic network and broadband teleseismic data from GSN seismologic network,we inverted focal mechanisms of Xinyuan MS 6.6 earthquake on June 30 th,2012 with "Cut and Paste"(CAP)method(CAPloc、CAPtel、CAPjoint),the result shows that the best double-couple solutions of this MS6.6 event is:293°,62°,152° for strike,dip,rake,respectively.The other nodal plane is 37°,66°,30° with 19 km focal depth and 6.3 moment magnitude.We also relocated earthquake sequences with double-difference location algorithm(HypoDD)to get accurate information of spatial distribution,the result shows that the earthquake sequences showing a NWW trend.So,we concluded that the nodal plane:293°/62°/152° was possible to be the physical fracture surface. The Xinyuan MS 6.6 earthquake is very likely to be caused by the movement of Kashi river fault,a right-lateral thrust strike slip fault,resulting from N-S compressional stress field in Tishan region.
