空气钻井最小注气量和地层出水量关系研究
Research on the relation of air volume flow rate and formation water production in air drilling
【摘要】 空气钻井作为一种新的钻井方式,以其减少油气层伤害、评价油气藏、提高机械钻速、有效控制漏失以及减少压差卡钻等优点在全世界范围内得到越来越多的应用。但由于其特殊性,使之不能使用于所有井段,空气钻井的缺点是存在井壁失稳和携带岩屑困难,它的主要障碍就是地层出水。An-gel最小动能模型计算结果虽然和油田实际趋于一致,但比实际结果要低。本文通过修正Angel模型的摩阻系数,并用实际温度代替平均温度,建立了空气钻井最小注气量的方程。在不考虑岩屑吸水膨胀的情况下,将地层出水量转化成当量机械钻速,得到了地层出水量和最小注气量的方程式,为地层出水条件下空气钻井参数的设计和应用提供了参考和指导。
【Abstract】 Air drilling is a new drilling technology,which nor only has advantage in decreasing damage of hydrocarbon reservoir,appraising reservoir,improving penetration rate,but also in avoiding effectively leakage and decreasing probability of drilling pipe sticking for pressure difference.Air drilling is widely used both in China and abroad for its superiority.Destabilization of borehole wall and carrying cuttings are the disadvantages of air drilling,and formation water production is the main problem.Although the result of Angel minimum kinetic energy model is consistent with the actual situation in the oil field,it is less than the actual result of the oil field.Being started with Angel model of adjusted friction coefficient and replacing the average temperature by effective temperature,the equation is obtained about minimum volume flow rate of air drilling.Based on formation water production is converted into the equivalent penetration rate,the equation of formation water production and air volume rate is obtained without considering cuttings swell.The results will play an important role in guiding design and application of air drilling with formation water production.
