【摘要】 冲击地压对矿井安全生产危害十分大,而地音监测系统能够对冲击地压进行较为准确的预测。针对目前地音监测系统组网方式和实时性的不足,设计了基于LM3S9B96处理器的地音变送器。地音变送器的工作过程如下:首先将地震检波器采集到的地音信号放大和A/D转换,再采用lwIP协议把采样数据上传到上位机。地音变送器的这种数据传输方式不受距离的限制,从而解决了传输问题,同时该地音变送器具有较高的采样精度和良好的实时性。

【Abstract】 Rock burst does great harm to mine safety production,while Underground Sound Monitoring System(USMS) performs well in rock burst prediction.To overcome the shortage of networking mode and real-time performance of present USMS,this paper designs a novel Underground Sound Transmitter(UST) based on LM3S9B96 processor.The working process of UST is as follows: first,amplify the underground sound signal collected by geophone and then complete A/D conversion,and then apply lwIP protocol to upload the sampled data to a host computer.Therefore,data is transmitted without any distance restriction.In addition,this UST not only has high sampling precision,but also owns good real-time performance.
