【Abstract】 The article introduces HuaiNan’s earthquake prevention and catastrophe reduction of computer information management system from the system design goal and the request,the system construction and the function,the system realization method.This system carries on the re-development with VB and the MapBasic programming language to MapInfo.Some of the practical cases of programming during the system development has also been emphatically given.更多还原
