芬顿试剂改性市政污泥真空固结模型试验研究

【摘要】 市政污水处理厂产生的脱水污泥体积大、含水率高、工程性质极差,为了对污泥进行深度脱水,开展了芬顿试剂改性市政污泥真空固结模型试验.通过一维真空固结试验探究芬顿试剂对污泥的脱水性能以及固结特性的改良作用,再进行污泥径向真空固结试验.对2种真空固结方式过程中的排水量、压缩沉降等进行监测,并测试分析了试验后污泥含水率和强度.结果表明:经芬顿试剂调理后污泥排水固结性大为改善,当芬顿试剂添加量为22%时,真空排水固结时间大幅缩短,试验后污泥含水率大幅降低,体积大幅减小;径向真空固结试验中,经芬顿试剂调理后污泥真空预压261.5 h后平均含水率与污泥体积有大幅降低,但试验后期滤膜的淤堵与井阻效应明显,2种真空作用方式下平均固结系数在数值上相差较大.研究表明,采用芬顿试剂改性市政污泥真空固结处理方法效果显著,能够实现污泥的加固与减量化.

【Abstract】 Municipal dewatering sludge and landfill sludge are of large size, high moisture content, poor engineering properties, and the deep dehydration of sludge is difficult. The vacuum consolidation test of municipal sludge conditioned by the Fenton reagent was carried out. The improvement of the dewatering performance and consolidation characteristics of the sludge modified was studied by the one-dimensional vacuum consolidation test, and then the radial vacuum consolidation test was conducted. The water content and strength were tested, and the consolidation characteristics were analyzed. The results show that in one-dimensional vacuum consolidation tests, the consolidation performance of the sludge conditioned by Fenton reagent is greatly improved. When the dose is 22%, the drainage time is shortened, the moisture content is decreased and the volume is reduced. In radial vacuum consolidation tests, after 261.5 h the average moisture content and volume of the sludge conditioned by Fenton reagent are reduced. However, the siltation of the filtration membrane and great resistance effect is obvious at the late stage of the tests, and the average consolidation coefficient is quite different in numerical values. The research indicates that the vacuum consolidation treatment for the Fenton modified municipal sludge has a remarkable effect, which achieves the consolidation and reduction of sludge.
