基于近期大地震特征的核电站设计谱

【摘要】 为了评价现行核电站抗震设计反应谱的安全性,基于汶川和集集2次大地震基岩场地的强震动记录,通过对地震动主要参数和反应谱的分析,提出了基于规准和双规准伪速度反应谱不同区段特征确定目标地震设计谱的方法,给出了基于2次地震目标谱的距离相关核电设计谱,并与规范谱进行了比较.分析结果表明:大地震地震动具有长持时、长周期性的特点;地震动幅值率A/V小于规范取值,而设计谱速度控制段拐角周期明显大于规范设计谱取值,使得速度控制段明显向长周期段偏移;加速度控制段的谱值低于规范谱,而长周期段的谱值明显高于规范谱,速度控制区的放大系数比规范谱大.

【Abstract】 To assess the safety implications of design spectrum for nuclear power plant codified in current specification,ground motions during recent large earthquakes were examined based on strong motions recorded on rock sites from Wenchuan and Chi-Chi earthquakes.Major parameters and response spectra of the selected ground motions were analyzed,and method on the determination of target earthquake-based design spectrum is proposed,which is based on an integrative consideration of normalized and bi-normalized pseudo-velocity spectrum.Then,distance-dependent design spectra are constructed according to target spectra of two large earthquakes and compared with code spectrum.It is concluded that ground motions of large earthquake have long duration and long period features.Ground motion amplitude ratio A/V is lower than that of the code value,while design spectrum control periods are larger than those of the code spectrum,and the velocity sensitive region of the studied spectra shifts apparently towards longer period.Spectral values of the acceleration sensitive region are lower than those of the code spectrum,while values of the displacement sensitive region are higher than code spectrum.Amplifications of the velocity region are also larger than code spectrum.
