考虑损伤发展的钢材混合强化本构模型

【摘要】 为了更准确地模拟往复荷载作用下金属材料的劣化,在大变形弹塑性理论及损伤力学理论的基础上,采用双线性混合强化模型及Lemaitre损伤模型建立了可考虑损伤发展的混合强化弹塑性本构模型.提出了利用单轴拉伸材料常数计算损伤材料参数的近似方法.利用有限元程序ANSYS的用户可编程特性,将所编制的材料模型子程序嵌入ANSYS程序,对文献中的厚铝环拉压试验及工字钢构件滞回性能试验进行了有限元模拟,计算所得的荷载位移曲线及裂纹萌生寿命均与试验结果吻合较好.

【Abstract】 For more accurately simulating the metallic material degradation induced by cyclic load,elasto-plastic material model considering damage evolution and mixed hardening is presented based on the large strain elasto-plastic theory and the damage mechanics theory.Bi-linear mixed hardening model and Lemaitre’s damage model are adopted.Making use of the material properties from tensile experiment,an approximation method for calculating the damage material parameters is presented.Using the user programmable features(UPFs) of ANSYS program,the material routine is developed and incorporated into ANSYS program.The hysteretic tests of a thick ring and steel members are simulated using the material model.The hysteretic curve and the crack initiation life from FE(finite element) analysis agree well with the results from the tests.
