交流输电线路绝缘子破坏后的结构非线性有限元分析

【摘要】 为了探讨绝缘子破坏失效对交流塔输电线路结构的受力影响,研究了适用于分析构件失效后输电线路结构动响应的宏观建模方法,包括输电塔建模、输电导线建模和绝缘子建模;采用瞬态动力分析方法计算了高压交流输电线路耐张段一基塔在发生上横担一组绝缘子突然断裂破坏后,邻近破坏处的导线、绝缘子、塔构件的动态张力.分析结果表明,上横担一组绝缘子破坏失效后,破坏档未破坏端导线的张力超过了技术规程中的设计值;导线的跌落对破坏档未破坏端的上横担绝缘子受力有较大的影响,而对上横担杆件没有明显的影响.

【Abstract】 In order to study the dynamic response of high voltage transmission lines with drum type towers under mechanical faults of insulators,the non-linear dynamic finite element model of AC(alternating current) high voltage transmission line system,including transmission tower,transmission line and insulator,was established.The transient dynamic analysis method is proposed to analyze the variation law of dynamic response under insulator rupture,and the dynamic response of structural elements next to the broken span is calculated.The results show that the peak tension in the conductor of the upper crossarm at the suspension point exceeds the design value.Insulator rupture has no effect on the tower components of the upper crossarm,but it has a significant influence on the insulator tension of the upper crossarm.
