【Abstract】 Based on the research on features of electric emergency communication,the emergency command system of GanSu electric power was analyzed.Then,from the perspective of improving capability of mobile emergency and making communication channel redundant,the principle of mobile emergency command system design was proposed.Next,the general framework of this system,its composition and function were elaborated.In the end,the present integration situation of this system with the previous emergency system was discussed.更多还原
