城市道路平面交叉口交通安全审计研究

【摘要】 对城市道路平面交叉口进行交通安全审计分析,研究了城市道路平面交叉口的安全影响因素,通过对现有交通安全审计方法的探讨,确定了城市道路平面交叉口的安全审计表单;并参考以往研究,采用综合冲突率法,对城市道路平面交叉口安全等级进行分级;然后利用层次分析法建立了包括道路条件、交通环境、安全设施管理三个方面的评价指标体系,建立了城市道路平面交叉口交通安全的综合评价模型.最后结合实地调查数据,对哈尔滨地铁1号线哈工大站平面交叉口(西大直街与护军街交叉口)进行了定量与定性的分析,得出审计报告.

【Abstract】 The road intersection safety influencing factors are analyzed through studying the intersection safety audit method, and the grade intersection safety audit form is determined. The former research work is referred, and the intersection safety level was ranked by using the integrated conflict rate method. By using the analytic hierarchy process, an evaluating indicator system which includes the path condition, the traffic flow factor, the safety equipment and manages is established. The integrated conflict rate method, analytic hierarchy process and security audit evaluation method are combined with the field survey data to conduct the safety evaluation quantitatively and qualitatively analysis to the Harbin institute of technology station of subway Line 1 plane intersection, and the audit report is obtained.
