2008年南方大冰灾后送电线路覆冰设计初探
Icing Thickness Design of Power Transmission Line After Storm Disaster in 2008 in South China
【摘要】 我国大部分易覆冰地区缺乏覆冰观测资料,线路工程覆冰设计主要依据现场调查及短期观测资料,设计取值难度较大。2008年南方大冰灾中的实测资料为覆冰设计提供了直接依据,但若简单以本次冰灾的覆冰厚度折算成标准冰厚作为设计覆冰,而不考虑实际运行情况,往往会使设计覆冰取值偏于保守,造成资源浪费。本文以多乐变至曲靖Ⅱ回500kV送电线路为例进行了分析论证。
【Abstract】 Recorded icing data of power transmission line is rarely in China,so it is difficult to determine the design icing thickness,and is mainly obtained by sitting investigation and short-term icing observation.The recorded icing data in 2008 is crucial to icing thickness calculation.But if we just consider the icing thickness data,and ignore the operation status when icing,it will result in great icing thickness and resources waste.The paper is illustrated by the 2ed 500kV power transmission line from Duole Substation to Qujing Substation.
