桩岩混合地基条件下的间接空冷塔结构有限元分析

【摘要】 神头电厂采用双曲线型间接空冷塔,其环板型基础部分作用在天然岩基上、部分作用在桩基上。为研究不均匀地基对间接空冷塔各部分结构内力及配筋的影响,基于有限元软件ANSYS,分别采用不同胡克系数的弹簧单元对岩基及桩基进行模拟,建立该塔的整体数值模型,对该电厂冷却塔结构进行线弹性计算;通过与均匀地基条件下的冷却塔结构进行对比,分析了桩岩混合地基的特性及其影响。计算结果表明,地基均匀与否对冷却塔的塔筒局部稳定系数影响较小,对环形基础的竖向位移、内力及配筋影响较大,同时环形基础的不均匀沉降对塔筒环向配筋产生影响。与位于均匀场地的冷却塔对比,不均匀地基使得冷却塔局部配筋加大,通过对比得出了塔体某些部位的稳定系数、位移及配筋的变化情况。

【Abstract】 The hyperbolic indirect dry cooling tower is adopted in Shentou Thermal Power Plant, whose ring plate foundation can be divided into two parts, one is located on natural rock foundation, and the other is located on pile foundation. In order to studied the impact of non-uniform foundation on the structure internal force and reinforcement of indirect dry cooling tower, this paper simulated the rock foundation and pile foundation and by using the finite element software ANSYS, according to the spring-damper element with different hooker coefficients, did linear elastic calculation for the cooling tower structure in this power plant, and analyzed the impact and characteristics of pile-rock mixed foundation based on the comparison of cooling tower structure with uniform foundation. The results show that the uniformity of foundation has little influence on the local stabilization coefficient of cooling tower, but has great influence on the vertical deformation, internal force, and reinforcement of ring plate foundation. Meanwhile, the differential settlement of ring foundation will have effect on the reinforcement of the shell. Based on the comparison of cooling tower structure with uniform foundation, the non-uniformity foundation will increase the local reinforcement of cooling tower. Finally, this paper obtained the local stabilization coefficient, displacement and the change of reinforcement of cooling tower.
