大型火电厂煤斗悬吊减震结构振动台试验研究

【摘要】 以丰镇火电厂悬吊煤斗结构为研究对象,建立了1/12的缩尺模型,测试了结构的自振特性,对结构的3种形式:支撑煤斗、短吊杆支撑(频率1.70Hz)和长吊杆支撑煤斗(频率1.22Hz)进行振动台试验。试验结果表明,悬吊煤斗比支撑煤斗减震效果明显,减震效果随煤斗频率改变而变化。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the shaking table test results of a structure with 2 suspending coal buckets base on the prototype of the large thermal power plant in Fengzhen,Inner Mongolia.A one-twelfth scale structural model was built and dynamical characteristic of the structure was analyzed and tested.Three supporting conditions with fixed coal buckets,short slag rod supported coal buckets(frequency 1.70 Hz) and long slag rod supported coal buckets(frequency 1.22 Hz) were tested.The test results show that vibration response of the structure with two suspended coal buckets is significant reduced than the fix one,and the suspended rate was varied with the natural frequency of suspended coal buckets.
