【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the causing elements of damages to the power grid in the major natural disasters, it is pointed out that the precautions level should be upgraded, and the differentiated planning of the power grid should be pushed ahead. The framesworks and principles of the differentiated planning are given firstly and then the planning method is described in detail in terms of the affecting fators of the natural disaster, forecasting of the guranteed load, selection of important lines, formation of the minimum backbone grid and estimation of investment, with examples from the regional grids. Finally, relative suggestions are presented on differentiated planning of the power grid.更多还原
