三向地震激励下浮顶储罐动力屈曲

【摘要】 为进行三向地震激励作用下非隔震与隔震浮顶储罐动力屈曲特性对比分析,验证基础隔震提高储罐抗震安全度的有效性.以150 000 m3大型立式浮顶储罐为研究对象,应用ADINA有限元分析软件建立数值仿真分析模型,采用加速度激励加载方式,应用Newmark数值积分方法进行动力响应分析,根据B-R动力屈曲准则确定相应的临界屈曲加速度峰值.结果表明:非隔震与隔震情况下罐壁发生屈曲均为弹性屈曲,采用基础隔震可以有效提高储罐的动力屈曲临界荷载及塑性屈服荷载,提高幅度分别为69%和60%;对于罐壁的许用临界应力,我国规范安全等级高于美国和日本的规范要求.

【Abstract】 To verify the effectiveness of base isolation of storage tank,the comparative analysis of dynamic buckling characteristics between non-isolation and isolation situation is carried out under three-dimensional seismic excitation.A 150 000 m3 large vertical floating roof storage tank is selected as the research object using the acceleration excitation loading mode,the finite element analysis model is established by ADINA.The seismic response of vertical storage tank is analyzed by Newmark numerical method.According to B-R dynamic buckling criteria,the critical acceleration peak value of dynamic buckling is determined.Results show that the buckling modes of these two types of tank are all elastic buckling,the critical load of dynamic buckling and plasticity yielding are all effectively increased by using base isolation,and the increasing rates are up to 69% and 60% respectively.For the allowable stress of storage tank wall,our country code safety rating is higher than that of the United States and Japan’s specification.
