三向地震激励下立式浮顶储罐隔震数值分析

【摘要】 为降低立式浮顶储罐三维地震激励下的地震响应,以15万m3立式浮顶储罐为研究对象,引入基础隔震措施,考虑液固耦合和浮顶参与振动,应用ADINA建立浮顶储罐有限元分析模型,采用Newmak数值方法进行地震响应分析.结果表明:浮顶作为惯性质量具有控制晃动波高的作用,基础隔震不能有效控制储罐晃动波高;双向与三向地震激励对晃动波高影响不大,晃动波高可按单向地震作用计算;三向地震激励作用下储罐地震响应最大,储罐抗震减震设计时应考虑三向地震作用;基底隔震对浮顶的动液压力及应力无很好的控制作用.

【Abstract】 To reduce seismic response of vertical storage tanks under three dimensional excitation,a 15×104 m3 storage tank was selected as research object,the base isolation system was introduced,allowing the impact of floating roof.Considering the liquid-solid coupling,the finite element analysis model of floating roof storage tank was established by using ADINA.The seismic response of vertical storage tank was analyzed by using Newmark numerical method.Results show that as the inertia mass,the floating roof can effectively control the sloshing wave height,but the base isolation can not effectively control the sloshing wave height.The sloshing wave height is not affected by bi-dimensional and three-dimensional excitation,thus it can be calculated as single dimensional seismic action.The three-dimensional earthquake action should be considered in vertical storage tank earthquake resistance design because of its maximum response under three-dimensional excitation.The base isolation has not significant control effect on the aspects of dynamic pressure and stress of floating roof.
