基于UWB技术的斗轮机定位在数字化煤场应用研究

【摘要】 国内燃煤火力发电厂来煤情况复杂,锅炉基本上是用优、劣煤混配以达到降低火力发电成本。少数电厂建成的数字化煤场管理系统已实现了煤场分区管理、煤场出入库管理、煤场盘点管理、煤场三维图形展示,配煤掺烧等功能。斗轮机是输煤系统中取煤和堆煤的重要设备之一,斗轮机定位准确性、斗轮机管控程序是数字化煤场管理系统的关键环节。实际应用过程中由于斗轮机定位精度差、斗轮机管控程序落后,影响了数字化煤场管理系统使用效果,而UWB系统采用TOA或TDOA算法,精确的确定一个定位标签的位置。针对上述问题,提出将UWB技术应用于斗轮机定位,开发堆取料指导系统,提高堆煤、取煤精度。

【Abstract】 The coal-fired power plant in China is very complex, and the boiler is mainly used to mix the best and the inferior coal to reduce the cost of power generation. The completed digital coal yars management system in a few power plant has realized coal mine zoning management, coal yard ware housing management, coal yard inventory management, tbree-dimensional graphic display of coal yard, coal blending and other functions.Bucket wheel is one of the most important equipments in coal handling system, which is the key link of the coal field management system. The practical application of the process due to poor positioning accuracy, the bucket bucket control program is backward, affect the coal field management system using digital effects, The UWB technology uses TOA or TDOA algorithms to accurately determine the Location of a position tag.Aiming at the above problems, this paper put forward the application of UWB technology in the bucket wheel reclaimer system development orientation, guiding pile, improve coal pile, coal precision.
