燃煤电厂烟气深度治理探讨

【摘要】 目前国内一些环保要求严格的地区,已相继出台相关地方标准或政策,要求进行烟气深度治理。采取有效措施控制燃煤发电锅炉、烟囱出口、烟温、湿度或明确要求消除石膏雨及烟羽。烟气深度治理技术路线的选择应根据地方烟气深度治理的具体要求,以及烟气、风压裕量、能耗、场地、冷热源、气象、操作与维护等条件综合分析确定。考虑到天津烟气深度治理仅涉及排放温度要求,可通过脱硫吸收塔浆液冷却方式降低排烟温度和湿度,实现烟气深度治理、辅助除尘、降低脱硫系统水耗有机结合。浆液冷却方式通过在吸收塔顶层、次顶层浆液循环泵出入口管加装浆液冷却器、烟气进入吸收塔后相继发生常温蒸发、低温冷凝、相变凝聚捕集,以实现烟气深度治理。该方式相对投资低、工程实施难度小,同时运行能耗小,但水平衡仍需工程实践验证。

【Abstract】 At present, some regions with strict environmental protection requirements in China have successively issued relevant local standards or policies, to execute the deep treatment of the flue gas, to adopt effective measures to sontrol the temperature and humidity of the chimney of coal-fired power boilers,or put forward clear requirements for the elimination of qypsum rain and plume. The selection of the technical route of the deep treatment of the flue gas should be based on the specific requirements of the local, the conditions of flue gas, air pressure margin, energy consumption, site, cold and heat source, meteorology, operation and maintenance, etc.. The deep treatment of the flue gas of tianjin flue gas only involves the requirement of emission temperature, so, it could reduce the exhaust temperature and humidity by the slurry cooling method of desulfurization absorption tower, and realize the deep treatment of the flue gas, auxiliary dust removal, reduce water consumption of desulfurization system. The slurry cooling method is provided with a slurry cooler at the top and bottom slurry discharge pump inlet and outlet pipes of the absorption tower,and the flue gas enters the absorption tower and successively undergoes normal temperatur evaporation,low temperature condensation,and phase agglomeration capture to realize deep flue has treatment. This method is relatively low in investment, low in difficulty of projectand and low in energy consumption, but water balance still needs to be verified by engineering practice.
