潜在增长极的空间区位研究——基于江苏省地缘系数的双门槛效应分析

【摘要】 从微观地缘视角改进城市引力模型并构建地缘系数,探究江苏省中小城市地缘政治、经济引力、地缘系数的衰减规律及其协调性、等级性,依据地缘引力与相对地缘系数测评城市地缘关系,进而确定潜在增长极区位的时空分布,结果表明:1)江苏省中小城市绝对地缘系数具有"双门槛"效应,拟合曲线呈"双抛物线"形,多数城市分布在前抛物线上;2)江苏省相对地缘系数以地缘经济距离400为轴线,地缘优势呈对称式加速下滑;3)江苏省中小城市地缘政治、经济引力呈"L"形衰减,与地缘地位协调性不佳,苏中地区尤为明显;4)相对地缘系数和地缘引力的时空分布皆呈苏北、苏中、苏南地域分层;5)新沂、兴化、海安、江阴更适宜作为潜在增长极进行重点培育。

【Abstract】 Based on improving urban gravity model and constructing geopolitical coefficient from the microcosmic geopolitical perspective,the attenuation law,coordination and levels of geopolitical,economic gravity and geopolitical coefficients of the small and medium-sized cities in Jiangsu Province were explored.And the urban geographical relations were measured based on geopolitical gravity and relative geopolitical coefficients.Whereafter,the time and space distribution of potential growth pole location was determined,the results showed that:1) the absolute geopolitical coefficient in Jiangsu Province has the effect of "double threshold",the fitting curve is "double parabolic type",the majority of small and medium-sized cities distribute on the former parabola;2) the relative geopolitical coefficient of Jiangsu Province takes the geographical economic distance of 400 as the axis,and the geopolitical advantage is symmetric and accelerated;3) the geopolitical and economic gravity of small and medium-sized cities in Jiangsu Province declines in an "L" shape,which is not well coordinated with their geo-status,especially in southern Jiangsu;4) the spatial and temporal distribution of the relative geopolitical coefficient and geo-gravity are all stratified in northern Jiangsu,central Jiangsu and southern Jiangsu;5) based on the model analysis,Xinyi,Xinghua,Hai ′an and Jiangyin are more suitable for cultivating potential growth poles.
