四川盆地中浅层龙马溪组页岩储层改造技术

【摘要】 根据滇黔北昭通太阳背斜构造中浅层(埋深700~1 800 m)页岩气井的储层地质特征,结合体积压裂基本理念,探索出适合于中浅层页岩气压裂改造降本增效的综合技术——箱体优化配置与支撑剂评价及优选。现场应用表明:调整孔密、孔径以及射孔位置的射孔分流优化技术,有利于箱体有效控制,使优质页岩储层得以重点分流和针对性改造;支撑剂暂堵以及停泵转向等低成本压裂转向手段有利于提高裂缝复杂程度,达到体积改造效果;石英砂能够满足较低闭合压力的中浅层页岩储层压裂改造需求。中浅层页岩储层改造技术为中浅层页岩气的大规模开发提供了技术储备。

【Abstract】 Based on the reservoir geological characteristics of medium-shallow shale gas wells(TVD 700-1,800 m) in Taiyang anticline structure, Zhaotong, North Yunnan and Guizhou, Combined with the basic concept of volume fracturing, this paper proposes a comprehensive technology of cost decreasing and benefit increasing: fracturing area optimization and proppant optimization. The on-site application shows that: perforation distributary optimization by adjusting hole density, aperture and perforation position is beneficial to control the fracturing area effectively, resulting intensive distributary and targeted stimulation to superior shale reservoir; low-cost fracturing diversion method, such as plugging of proppant and stop pumping, will help improve the complexity of fracture and achieve volumetric fracturing effects; quartz sand can meet the need of low closure pressure medium-shallow shale reservoir stimulation. Stimulation technology of medium-shallow shale gas in Taiyang structure provides technical reserve for large-scale exploitation of medium-shallow shale gas in the region.
