用激光干涉仪进行形变仪器灵敏度的测试
TESTING SENSITIVITY OF DEFORMATION INSTRUMENT WITH LASER INTERFEROMETER
【摘要】 对水管倾斜仪、垂直摆倾斜仪和伸缩仪的灵敏度测试方法进行了研究,并将激光干涉技术应用于灵敏度测试,不仅提高了测试精度,而且测试结果也可与国家计量标准溯源。
【Abstract】 The sensitivity test methods for different types of crustal deformation instruments are various.In addition,all the test results are untraceable.Therefore the accuracy and credibility of the observation results are affected.The sensitivity test methods for water tube tiltmeter,vertical pendulum tiltmeter and extensometer are discussed.Laser interferometry technology is introduced to improve the test accuracy.The test results are shown to be traceable to national measurement standards.
