【Abstract】 The pollutant emissions are widespread in Yangtze River Economic Belt. The ecological space is squeezed. The ecological compensation mechanism and the environmental supervision mechanisms need to be perfected. This paper proposes a synergy mechanism between the ecological environment governance and the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. From the perspective of organizational system, value syn-ergy, market mechanism, cost sharing and benefit distribution, it builds the dynamic mechanism of governance among multiple elements, such as the government organizations, government and enterprises, government and the public, environmental governance and green industry development between different enterprises. It proposes three policy recommendations: create a facilitating policy environment for the coordinated development of environmental governance and green industry development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt; build a pricing mechanism and compensation mechanism of ecological environment service; and strengthen service supervision and evaluation.更多还原
