三峡水电厂左岸ALSTOM机组尾水管压力脉动分析
Analysis of Pressure Fluctuation in the Draft Tube of ALSTOM Units in the Left Bank of Three Gorges Hydropower Station
【摘要】 对连续小波变换的分析研究,了解到非平稳信号经过连续小波变换后,能够有效地将水轮机非稳态工况下的振动信号很好地分解在有限的时间—尺度范围内而保持信号的信息完整。并应用连续小波变换方法分析了三峡水电厂机组整个升负荷运行中尾水锥管水压脉动情况,准确地获得机组的振动区间以及振动的频率范围,为机组的故障特征提取提供了一种新的选择。
【Abstract】 Through continuous wavelet transform(CWT),vibrating signals of hydraulic turbine operating on unstable condition can be decomposed very well in limited time-dimension extension and the integrity of the information can be kept.By use of the method,the pressure fluctuation in the draft tube of Three Gorges units operating in the whole rising load condition is analyzed,and the vibration range and vibration frequency spectrum is obtained exactly.A new method is offered for the fault information extracting of the units.
