水轮机部件流固耦合振动特性研究

【摘要】 本文把有限元法与边界元法相结合来计算水轮机部件流固耦合振动问题。结构用有限元离散 ,用边界元计算结构周围的流体。编制了结构水下流固耦合振动的通用计算程序。对已有理论解的水中实心圆柱悬臂结构进行了计算 ,把计算结果与理论解作了比较。文中还对轴流式转轮叶片进行了流固耦合计算。为了更好地验证本文提出的计算方法和所编程序 ,还设计了一个模型固定导叶 ,对其进行了流固耦合计算分析和空气中及水中动态特性测试 ,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 In this paper, fluid_solid coupling vibration of hydraulic_turbines is calculated using coupled FEM and BEM. The solid area calculated by solid elements, and the fluid calculation was made by boundary elements. The author has compiled a universal software which is used in the calculation of fluid_solid coupling vibration of structure in water.The calculation was made for the overhanging beam structure of underwater, and the calculated results has been compaired with the analysis results.In this paper,the fluid_solid coupling vibration characteristics of Kaplan turbines runner blade has also been studied. The author has designed a model of stay vane. The test of vibration characteristic in air and water were made. The comparision between experimental result and the calculated result of the stay vane model indicates that two of the results are identical.
