【摘要】 本文以分类清单法和利用GDP进行震害评估法为例,回顾地震损失微观、宏观两类快速评估方法的原理、流程及应用。总结两种方法的特点,并做简单对比。结果表明,根据要求的不同和掌握资料丰富程度的差异,选择适当的方法进行震后快速盲估,其结果对政府决策和抢险救灾具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reviews the theory,process and application of micro-and macro-methods using various categories and GDP methods to estimate earthquake disaster loss.It sums up the characteristics of the two typical methods and made a simple comparation.It is concluded that the result is significant for government decision-making,rescue and relief to choose a felicitous fast earthquake loss estimation method based on different requirements and information.更多还原
