【Abstract】 In this paper, we briefly introduce the platform and structure, data collection and sharing services of the system of earthquake precursory database in the capital area. We also describe in detail the experience of maintenance of database replication. In order to ensure that the digital observational data in the capital area could be collected from the databases of the Center of Earthquake precursory Observation Network in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regions we developed a kind of software for data transmission when there is something wrong with database replication.
