【Abstract】 In this paper, the main scientific advance of research on earthquake underground fluid since "Ninth FiveYear Plan" has been summarized. And it is discussed from the aspects of the cause of fluid precursor, anomaly distinguishing and prediction technology, effect of underground fluid and precursor mechanism as well as observation technology and so on.
