【Abstract】 The National Commanding Center for Earthquake Disaster Mitigation is working platform, where officials and scientists deal with the earthquake emergency cases rapidly and effectively, it offers a main place of earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation for the State Council. The National Commanding Center for Earthquake Disaster Mitigation includes three departments; they are computer room for commanding Center, commanding hall and supplementary working area. Constructing the center is a complicated system engineering, including computer system, network, communication, audio and video, power supply, air condition, projector display, application of GIS technology, database, software development, construction of computer room, interior decoration and etc.更多还原
