【摘要】 本文介绍了电信设备抗震系列标准制定的意义,标准的总体认识以及标准理解和使用中的一些问题,旨在帮助电信工程师们理解和使用这一系列标准。

【Abstract】 This article points out the significance of the constituting of the specifications firstly,and introduces the understanding of the specifications as a whole,then it presents the use of the specifications in detail.
