增层隔震结构的抗震性能反应研究

【摘要】 对于既有建筑的增层改造无疑是扩大使用空间并避免拆除重建的最佳方案。利用有限元软件MIDAS/GEN,针对具体工程,分别对原钢筋混凝土框架结构、直接增加两层钢框架的结构以及新旧结构之间设置隔震支座的结构建立三维有限元模型。通过模态分析,得到了三种结构的周期;同时对其抗震性能进行了时程分析,得到了三种结构的层间位移、加速度以及层间剪力。研究表明:直接增层结构的刚度和位移在增层处发生突变,故容易形成薄弱层。而在增层部分设置隔震层,隔震效果明显。

【Abstract】 The best way to expanding use of space and avoid demolish rebuild is reforming increase their layers existing buildings. Using the finite element software MIDAS / GEN,aiming at the concrete engineering,construct three-dimensional finite element model are respectively the original reinforced concrete frame structure、directly increase the two layers of steel frame structure and set the isolation bearing between the original and new structure.Through the modal analysis,obtained the three kinds of structure of frequency and cycle; At the same time,through the time history analysis on seismic performance,obtained the interlayer displacement,acceleration and shear force between the layers for the three kinds of structure. Researches show: Directly add layer structure stiffness and displacement mutation on the floors,so easy to form a thin layer. But in part setting isolation layer,isolation effect is obvious.
