某超高层建筑电涡流TMD的减震分析

【摘要】 上海某超高层建筑结构总高度632 m,风致振动为结构的控制荷载并决定大楼舒适度,大楼首创式安装了变阻尼摆式电涡流TMD来降低大楼顶部风致振动加速度,地震效应考量控制了质量块最大摆动位移。为保证质量块在罕遇地震下不撞击主体结构,在质量块底部周围设置了距底部限位杆间距为1.5 m的限位环。按照能量等效原理,将电涡流TMD阻尼大小随位移变化的特性进行等效阻尼处理;采用通用有限元软件分析了无TMD及设置TMD在有、无限位环下的7度罕遇地震响应,并计算了质量块和限位环碰撞冲击力的数值。分析表明,TMD的减震效果不显著;阻尼力和碰撞冲击力相比楼层地震剪力很小;限位环反力不会使结构响应出现奇异变化,地震下TMD的行为是安全的。

【Abstract】 A super high-rise building with the height of 632 meters was built in Shanghai. The degree of comfort is controlled by wind-induced vibration. Therefore,eddy-current tuned mass damper( TMD) was installed to reduce the wind-induced acceleration of the top floor. On the other hand,the maximum amplitude of TMD is decided by seismic effect. To avoid the collision between TMD and major structure,a snubber ring with the space being 1. 5m is set around the TMD mass. Displacement-dependent damping of the eddy-current TMD is transformed to equivalent damping according to the energy equivalence principle. The case without TMD,the case with TMD and a snubber ring and the case with TMD but without snubber ring,are analyzed for rare earthquake of 7 degree. Calculation of the impact force between TMD mass and the snubber ring is also included. The analysis results indicate that the anti-seismic effect of the eddy-current TMD is not significant,damping force and impact force are very small compared to story shears,reaction force of the snubber ring does not make a big change to the structural response,and that TMD will perform well under earthquakes.
