后张预应力加固无构造柱砌体墙抗震性能试验
Seismic behavior of no structural column clay brick walls retrofitted by post-tensioned tendons
【摘要】 砌体结构的抗压强度远大于抗拉、抗剪强度,适合应用于受压为主的构件。由于其具有自重大,材料呈脆性,抗拉、抗剪、抗弯能力低等缺点,使得其抗震性能较差。针对农村地区砖砌体结构房屋抗震加固改造工程量大面广,所需资金缺口大、来源匮乏的现状,充分发挥后张预应力技术的优势,提出一种适用于既有砌体结构的新型抗震加固技术。在此基础上,通过5片构件(1片未加固墙片和4片加固墙片)抗震加固实验验证了此新型抗震加固方法的有效性和优越性。试验结果表明,与相同设计的未加固墙体相比,后张预应力加固无构造柱砖砌体墙体的抗剪承载力、变形能力和耗能能力均有大幅度提高,提高幅度高于2倍。该后张预应力加固既有砌体结构新技术具有施工简便、质量容易控制、工期较短、对结构影响小、造价低廉等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper,to solve problem of seismic retrofitting wide for existing brick masonry in the rural area,a novel seismic strengthening technology is proposed based on the advantage of post-tension technology. And the test results on 5 no structural columns clay brick shear walls retrofitted using post-tensioned tendons and subjected to quasi-static reversed cyclic loadings. One wall was built as a non-retrofitted wall,and the remaining four were retrofitted using post-tensioned high strength steel strands. Test results indicated that the mechanical behaviors and the failure patterns of the retrofitted walls could be significantly improved. The in-plane shear strength of the post-tensioned brick walls observed could be range above two times the strength of the non-retrofitted wall. The proposed seismic retrofitting technology have the advantages of simple construction,easy to control quality,short time to build,small influence on the existing structure,low cost and so on.
