中长周期不利地震动研究

【摘要】 本文从21次地震事件609条地震记录里面筛选出了6条中长周期不利地震动,分析了这一类特殊地震动相对于普通地震动的特性。分析结果表明,中长周期不利地震动因其中长周期段能量集中,会对高层及超高层等周期较长结构的破坏造成更为不利的影响,建议在中长周期结构的抗震设计中采用此类地震动进行复核。为了方便中长周期不利地震动在抗震分析输入时的选用,文中提出了采用多个周期特征参数来描述其频谱特性的方法。

【Abstract】 A special series of ground motion,called medium-to-long-period severest ground motion,is defined,and 6 records are selected out from 609 records minuted in 21 earthquake events. Compared with normal ground motions records,these medium-to-long-period ground motion records own several features,which have been analysed in detail. The result shows that seismic response of medium-to-long-period structure caused by these specil class records is more adverse,due to their frequency content properties. Therefore the medium-to-long-period severest ground motions should be considered in seismic design of medium-to-long-period structures like high-rise buildings. Using multi-period parameters to describe the frequency content features of these special ground motion records is proposed in this paper,which is more convenient for ground motion selection in time history analysis.
