底层商用多层砌体结构抗震性能与倒塌机理试验研究

【摘要】 为探究底商多层砌体结构房屋地震作用下的破坏模式及倒塌机理,确保底商多层砌体结构遭遇地震时避免发生倒塌,针对两栋按1:5缩尺比例建造的两层砌体结构模型进行振动台对比试验,再现结构的破坏过程。试验结果表明,纵向墙体(横墙)刚度差异引起地震作用力分配不均,导致墙体被逐个击破,造成结构破坏甚至发生倒塌;确保结构在地震过程中具有足够的承载能力可以有效避免结构发生倒塌;试验结果揭示了汶川地震中北川电信职工住宅楼这一结构类型的建筑在极震区未发生倒塌原因,为底商多层砌体结构抗震设计及既有砌体结构建筑的抗震加固提供依据。

【Abstract】 To explore the seismic performance and the collapse mechanism of the multi-story masonry structure with first soft floor,two 1 /5 scale two-layers masonry models shaking table test were carried out,and the collapse process was reproduced. The shaking table test verified that the dominant factor leading to collapse was the significant difference among the lateral stiffness of longitudinal( or transversal) walls. The seismic shear forces were quits different,which led the components to be failed and even collapsed in succession. Ensuring that the structure has enough carrying capacity could prevent its collapse effectively. The shaking table test announced that why the apartment of Beichuan telecom-company did not collapse in the Wenchuan earthquake. Meanwhile the test provided a basis for the seismic fortification and seismic design of multi-story masonry structure with first soft floor.
