地震燃气阀门及其实验技术和实验方法

【摘要】 较大的地震会造成城市燃气管网的破坏,发生燃气泄漏、火灾、爆炸等地震次生灾害。针对此问题,介绍了一种可在地震时自动关闭并切断燃气流动的地震燃气阀门,作为国内一种较新的实用化的地震紧急处置设备,确定验证其技术参数和有效性的实验技术和实验方法十分必要,对此进行了着重的阐述,并获得了一些列的实验数据,结果表明地震燃气阀门可在达到触发条件时自动关闭切断燃气流动,可防止或减少因燃气管网破坏引起的地震次生灾害。不过仍要清醒的认识到,作为一种新型的仪器设备,地震燃气阀门仍需要进行大量实验和不断的改进,文中最后对此进行了阐述。

【Abstract】 Large earthquake often causes the destruction of the city gas network,which induces disasters such as gas leaking,fire and explosion.To solve this problem,this paper introduces a kind of earthquake gas valve,which can be automatically shut down to cut off the flowing gas when earthquake occurs.It is really necessary to confirm the technical parameters and the validity of experimental techniques and methods.As relatively new practical earthquake emergency disposal equipment in domestic,this paper emphatically explains it in detail and we obtain a series of experimental data.The results show that the earthquake gas valve can shut down automatically to cut off the flowing gas when the trigger level is reached and can prevent the disasters which will be caused by gas pipeline network.Finally,this paper points out that as a novel instrument,it is necessary to stand a large number of tests and continuous improvement needs to be carried out for the earthquake gas valve.
