考虑SSI效应的15×10~4 m~3储罐基础隔震数值仿真分析

【摘要】 为考虑土与结构相互作用(SSI)对15×104m3大型立式储罐基础隔震效应的影响,采用弹簧-阻尼系统模拟地基土和隔震层,罐壁及底板采用壳单元,流体采用势流体单元,利用ADINA建立15×104m3储罐有限元模型,在峰值加速度0.2g El Centro波地震激励下,应用Newmark数值积分方法进行地震响应分析,结果表明:考虑SSI效应时,非隔震储罐的地震响应有所减小,而基础隔震时地震响应有放大效应。储罐抗震减震设计时,中软地基土上储罐从结构设计安全角度来说需要考虑土与结构的相互作用。

【Abstract】 To consider the soil-structure interaction(SSI) effect on the base isolation of the 15×104m3 vertical storage tank,this paper presents a method by using spring-damper system to simulate the foundation soil and the isolation layer,and shell element in the analysis of tank wall and bottom plate,while the fluid is simulated by potential fluid element,and the ADINA method is used to establish the 15×104m3 tank finite element model.Newmark numerical integration methods for earthquake response analysis is applied under the seismic excitation,in which the El Centro ground motion is used with peak acceleration 0.2g.The results show that in the case of considering the effect of SSI,the seismic responses of the non-isolation tank are decreased when there is amplification effect of the base isolation.In tank seismic design,soil-structure interaction in soft subsoil needs to be considered from the point of view of structure safety.
